Is there a way to move the thingies that allow you to manipulate the game?

So I'm on a laptop, and the application has the menus go off my screen...is there a way you guys can make it so that we can click and drag the menus onto the screen please? Thanks!

If you want to make the menus smaller (I hope I understood your problem correctly) you can tweak the GUI scaling in the config file (conf.txt next to the executable)
