Web Audio API does has support for this with media recorders/destination streams (https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/API/AudioContext/createMediaStreamDestination). I believe you just need to open a stream & start a recorder when the program begins, then stop & save before it exits. Open a pr!
