Error: File not found

Sometimes when I connect via http I get a "File not found" error and the logs show:

I saw also occasionally, but I'm unable to track it down to the cause. since a reload always worked for me, this doesn't seem to be a big issue after all. anyway, please check if it stil lhappens on latest release
