Added some improvements to vaillant hcmode, hwcmode and mcmode

When trying to configure my Vaillant VRC630 I've found that several values are not configurable in hcmode, hwcmode and mcmode. So I've made several tests on how to achieve writing to SetMode, SetTempDesired, SetTempDesiredLow, etc. Here is my result. I'm using ebusd with my changed configuration now for 5 months and have no issues. So I'd suggest to take my changes over in your official repository if you like.
