Cannot read from trainer

When I start antifier and scan to pick up trainer all looks correct with "trainer detected". However, I cannot perform a rundown as I got message to stop pedalling, even if I am not touching the pedals.

If I then start script I got "Cannot read from trainer".

The ANT+ usb seems to work fine as Zwift picks it up when I started script. Obviously nothing works as my trainer does not transfer data....

Any idea?

Got to this issue because had the same. In my case, the power connector on the motorhub was loose. Found after checking all cabling
