Outsource internal `kirby-vue-kit` into own repository

Hi Johann,

This is not an issue, but a request, would it possible to give the plugin kirby-vue-kit it's own repository and add it as a dependency of kirby-helpers, or include it as part of kirby-helpers itself? If you are ok with #2 I would be happy to refactor it as part of kirby-helpers and make a pull request.

Thank you for the commitment to improving this kit. Since I'm not using it in production anymore, I'll happily accept contributors and collaborators. May I ask what the intention behind outsourcing the internal plugin is? Since it's pretty specific to this setup, it won't make much sense in a more abstract context, like kirby-helpers in my opinion. What do you think?
