HMAC support for sha3?

@bramski As far as I know, there isn't an 'official' HMAC construction using SHA3 (or test vectors). But, I'll take a look to see if there has been movement on that front.

Possible HMAC SHA3 (non-)construction here and crypto.SO, IOW just the trivial...

MAC(k, M) = SHA3(k || M).

Supposedly no more double-hashing for key-length-extension attacks, at least right now.
