ListView Border Appears Above 'Release to refresh...' with big pulldown

If I pull it far enough there is the 1px border above 'Release to refresh...'. The distance between the 1px and Release to refresh continues to grow as I pull further down. Looks bad IMO.

I've only seen this on a Samsung (if I recall correct) device that had bouncing list implemented everywhere. I can't reproduce this on any of my other devices and I currently don't own a Samsung device. So any help with fixing this issue is very appreciated.
