Pulling tickets ux - button to manually pull

Context

Scenario: When I want to pull ne ticket from jira (I pull ones with status In progress to not get to many in sp backlog). I move it to In progress in jira and then it's unclear when sp will pull it - i like to think that my actions are speeding this process so I click on backlog to open/close it, scroll down up, switch projects...

Idea for improvement

Pull button

If we had a "Pull" button in backlog we can click, that would be a great. It could lead to to many requests being made so even to limit it's usage for few min it would be enough (eg. I click pull and 3 min timer starts going down or just info it will be enabled in few min again)

That way, I could even personally disable automatic pull in my options since this would be enough for me.

Ux timer when it will pull

Until button is implemented, maybe adding info like "Pull happening in 23..22 seconds" in backlog could be useful.
