Display and Sizing of left pane

Your Environment

• Version used: 4.0.0.1377 DMG package
• Operating System and version: Mac OSX 10.14 ("Mojave")

Expected Behavior

The left navigation pane (project list) can be switched on/off manually and allows horizontal resizing.

Current Behavior

The left pane only appears when the app's window is resized rather wide - probably due to the used responsive design. To have this handy navigation available, I have to enlarge the window enormously, such that it takes the larger portion of the entire screen size. Furthermore, the horizontal size of the pane is rather small and displays only about the first 15 chars of the project names. It becomes quite hard to choose the right one, if they all have a similar/same prefix. (Sidenote: The project's name in the main windows (top-left) is also cut-off after 18 chars, although there is plenty of place.)

Steps to Reproduce (for bugs)

1. Create some projects with a name length of approx. 30 chars. Use the same prefix on the first 12-14 chars.
2. Try to differentiate the projects in the left pane.
3. Verify that the projects name is cut-off in the main-windows.
