When it comes to Quarkus, I haven't used it, but I can't see anything that would prevent using Occurrent with Quarkus.

Hmm yes I can see that this would be useful. But I'm not sure if I'm in control of this since this exception is quite low-level.
Sounds like a bug. Perhaps you could help out and provide a PR?
Sounds reasonable that if you define the content-length header yourself then RA should override it. Maybe you could try to provide a pull request? That would be really helpful.
