Small bug in sending message with attachment

Hi Johan,

There's a bug in send_mail_sbrp(subjectLine, messageText, myrecipient, myrecipientname, invitationPath) that prevents iCal from sending messages indicating that you've accepted an invitation.

On line 35, it should be "at end of to recipients"
