Add Authentications

Add authentications for:

• Hospital
• Donor
• Receiver

I will try it, I am little confused though what kind of project this is(the stack particularly) I have not worked with Blockchain before, does this issue involve that?

@thesmallstar you can not claim more than one issue in repo other than opencode collaborative

@thesmallstar Do not worry about the stack we are using in the project. You just have to add user auth irrelevant to any stack. You can use firebase for the database.
