Add zoom functionality

Hi Joe This pull request is to add zoom functionality to the stereonet plots using 'zoom with rectangle' in plot toolbars. It makes use of the subplot params to scale the selected region. This is something I found useful when I was working on stereonet plots. Hope you find this worth adding to the repo.
