AC not turning on with "cool" command!

as you can see in the video, this particular user has it working fine, for me everything works perfectly but turning the AC on, once I set it on by the remote, I can then control everything from HomeKit and home bridge, even turn it off, but I can never turn it back on, even when I set the mode to "cool" the ac doesn't turn on!. this plugin is wonderful! I wonder why it works for this user but not me! any help?
