--runner passing extra arguments along

Might be nice to have a way to disable passing all arguments from ptw along to the custom runner in --runner. Using a makefile with a custom runner command, an dunfortunately that means all arguments passed along will get built on each run.

Anyway, just an idea-- did a workaround and I'm fine. Cheers, and thanks for the great library!
