Add "close enough"/"fuzzy" watch face

The close enough/fuzzy watch face displays time in intervals of 5 and in the style of a sentence. (With the intervals not starting on the 5 and 0, but rather on the 3 and the 8. This means that 3:23 will be considered 3:25.)

Some examples:

• 3:24 -> 25 Past 3
• 3:50 -> 10 To 4
• 3:59 -> 4 o'clock

The sensor watch LCD cannot display that many words on the main row so it is shown as:

1:35PM	1:50PM	2:00PM

This idea is based on a very similar watch face for the pebble called Fuzzy Text Watch Plus.
