NCNN but with really high memory usage.

Information:

  • ChaiNNer version: 0.24.2-nightly.2024-06-27
  • OS: Debian GNU/Linux Trixie

Description This issue is from #2926 . Because I managed to let NCNN works but with another problem. Basically, NCNN is now working by updating new kernel driver. But it will eat all of my system's memory unless I configure the Memory Budget Limit option. Also, I have confirmed that the original NCNN is working under Vulkan acceleration with a Python binding. (Using the official example )
