TensorRT Cache does not work

Information:

• Chainner version: Alpha v.0.20.2
• OS: Win 11 22H2

Description

The TensorRT Cache does not work. So it does get deleted, when you close chainner (and restart it). It works, as long you don't restart chainner.

Also in the path "AppData\Roaming\chaiNNer\cache\onnx_tensorrt_cache" i can not see any .engine file (for making backups). Also, if you delete the "onnx_tensorrt_cache"-folder on this path, the TensorRT Cache will still work. And other way around: If you save the folder, close chainner, restart it and copy back the cache-folder, it will not work (cache is gone).
