(FEATURE REQUEST) menu separator style

Hello @joewing , thanks for having shared your good work on jwm

Is it possible or do you plan to add styling for the menu <Separator> element? It would be nice to be able to specify a color and/or opacity for the separator line. I can make the whole jwm adopt a numix-like theme but the menu-itrms separators...
