Taskbar overlay with two monitors

When I am using two monitors, put something full screen on the monitor where the bar is (as in the image below, a YouTube video) and click on something else on another monitor, the bar overlaps.

Is there any way to fix this problem? It's pretty annoying since I use fullscreen a lot.

i cant see any problem in such picture, but i noted some slow behaviour when using two monitors, i mean there are some issues with more than one monitors
