Support for XDND

JWM should support drag and drop (XDND) for tray buttons.

Most *.desktop files are set up to take XDND commands if supported and have a well-defined spec http://standards.freedesktop.org/desktop-entry-spec/desktop-entry-spec-latest.html#exec-variables

That spec doesn't cover text selections, but I can't think of a reason to drop text unless the program is running and a window is already open and jwm already stays out of the way of that.

This is going to take some effort to implement, so I'm putting it off for now.
