Make all forms use appropriate logo.

They should all reference the same logo. For now, you can use the logo from https://wallingis.com as the placeholder. Later we will add functionality to swap out the logo. For now, the user will have to place the logo with the proper name in the proper file path.

User must follow this instructions:

• Logo should be named as 'logo';
• Logo should had 'png' extension;
• Logo must be placed in 'src/assets' directory.
