Changes for tiptap tiptap/core@^2.0.0-beta.171

Current main branch isn't compatible with current tiptap beta.171.
These are the changes needed to bring it up to date.

This was just a really quick repo to support a blog post I wrote in the extremely early days of v2, before there was even many docs or examples available. I think it's best that I archive it now.
