Are there any error messages in the console?
To check for errors, first open the developer tools by pressing Ctrl-Shift-I on Windows/Linux or Cmd-Opt-I on macOS, and then go to the "Console" tab. If you want to save the error to a log file, you can right click on the error and choose "Save as...".

This is the console log I got a few months ago for this "loading" problem, but i don't know whether it is related to this plugin. As for now, there is an error message when opening the plugin. But when updating feeds under "loading", no error message would occur, but it is still "loading".
I'm seeing this as well, unfortunately! I think it may be related to having far too much feed content in the data.json
. I've got 102 feeds, in my case. There are also a few feeds that fetch a huge number of things, which balloons data.json to 43 MiB in my case.
Perhaps it's worth having an option to "keep n unread items" or similar?
Same issue here with only two rss feeds

There is a perform cleanup option that cleanup articles. But I would prefer it to automatically clean up by setting limit to articles like e.g. 100-200 articles.
