Keep notifications open when hovering

Hi, I have a quick feature request: keep the popup notifications open longer than the allotted time when we hover the mouse on them.

Side note: is there a hotkey to enable/disable key promoter?

Keeping notifications open for longer when hovering is more of a feature for obsidian itself, so I would suggest opening a feature request there. (I would have to do some hacky stuff to get this to work) You can configure how long notifications from this plugin last in general though.

would you want a command to disable the entire plugin, or commands to toggle some of the plugins features?
