This PR also separates out scroll data in the history state, preventing it from being encrypted with the rest of the payload as it is not sensitive data.

Thank you for your work on this PR. As this is [now addressed in v2](https://inertiajs.com/history-encryption), there are no plans to secure this further for v1.
