The index pages are generated (e.g. https://risotto.joeroe.io/tags/markdown/, but see #78) but they're not actually linked anywhere by default.
Multilingual support was added with a language switcher in #25, but the implementation has issues (#44, #70, #71), is undocumented, and I think the presentation leans a bit too hard...
But this seems to depend on some config. Compare the [example site](https://risotto.joeroe.io/about/) (one language, so no language switcher) and [SSLARCH](https://sslarch.github.io/about/) (one language, but phantom language switcher), for example. See #70...
