Also having this problem. Appears to not work in Chrome, Firefox, Safari. Flash version: 14.0.0.125. Confirmed still working in 13.0.0.214.
Percentage time was added in v4.3.0, although this is relative to the total, not the parent.
This now works in v4.4.0!

I suppose I was thinking about when users set an option in CIBW_ENVIRONMENT that's intended for the `pip wheel` step, like erm... let's say PIP_NO_BINARY or PIP_INDEX_URL... it shouldn't affect...
