Create a developer wiki

Decide for a way to host a developer wiki and create it.

There are at least four ways to come to a wiki for the Cuneiform project:

• use the Wiki integrated in GitHub
• extend the homepage to hold a collection of articles that roughly work like a Wiki
• use a canned Wiki as a hosted service from some provider
• use a canned Wiki but host it ourselves

Input and experiences about this step would be appreciated.
