Unbundle theme-specific code, include a plugin for anything removed

Many people complain that all-in-one themes and frameworks break their site once they switch themes.

This problem can be overcome by removing anything theme-specific such as shortcodes, and allowing the user to install as a plugin. That way, functionality will remain when they switch themes.
