[Feature Request] Option to remove a tag with id attributes on headings when exporting as HTML

Hello,

I've been recently using Dillinger quite a bit for converting between markdown and html along and I've notice that in headings (h1 > h6) You include an a tag with an id attribute when you export it as html, however, this in some cases can interfere with certain things and an option to disable it would be greatly appreciated. I'm well aware with the long list of issues and other feature requests you have so I can understand this being low-priority or not considered for a considerable amount of time but never the less, I wanted to suggest it.

Thanks! Sorry for the super late reply. I think this has to do with the way markdown-it is rendering the headers. I will investigate
