Resize editor and rendered content area

@joemccann I wanted to bump up the idea in #223 again. The goal, as I see it, would be that you can adjust the midline divider to the left or right, and resize the text area accordingly. I think this would be a cool feature!

I saw this library called Split.js that could be a useful way of achieving this. I'm not too familiar with the source for dillinger, but I can take a peek around and see what it would take to integrate this, and make a PR.

If there's anything you think would be helpful as I dig in to this, like if you know off the top of your head where I should look in the source, that would be helpful!
