Use pre-installed TOR

I would like to be able to point the client path directly at the pre-installed TOR executable, and simply run it, instead of downloading, unzipping, and uninstalling a new one every time.

Could you try using ExecutablePathOverride on TorSharpTorSettings? https://github.com/joelverhagen/TorSharp/blob/3a3c712833a095cf70a4cb8faf31ead0dd9f19bd/src/TorSharp/TorSharpTorSettings.cs#L120-L129
