[Feature Request]: Collapse/expand widgets based on user-set time variables

Something I think would be cool, is the ability to have particular widgets collapse or expand based on a user-set time constraint.

For example, user can set a "work links" widget to be expanded from 9am-5pm on weekdays, and collapsed outside of that time frame, and a "fun links" widget to be collapsed from 9am-5pm on weekdays, and expanded outside of that time frame. Would be a neat feature to help with focus.
