Storage permission (Persist Settings) issue on Edge and Chrome

Hi, I know that this issue already had been mentioned before but it has already been around a year since the last time this issue had been mentioned and still hasn't been fixed. So I think it's better to report it again.

I am not entirely sure if I'm experiencing the same issue but for me, there's always the same popup asking me if I want to Keep the changes or restore to default
