adding Vuhuv search engine

I only add Vuhuv search engine on tabliss extension. I tested on my system it works great. https://vuhuv.com/ https://vuhuv.com/?k=1&p=1&d=1&q=

This change won't be necessary if #552 is merged. Users will be able to configure tabliss to use any search engine.

Thank you for your return. https://github.com/joelshepherd/tabliss/pull/552 opened in the year 2022. I will wait it. But I would also like to use the vuhuv search engine with tablis.
