Add expandable settings

Edited quick links icons to be shown at the top. added background to each link(maybe change this to be an option on quick links settings?)

Settings panel:

Added close button.
Page now fades to light gray when open settings.
Added expand settings functionality.
On expanded mode widgets settings are displayed in a grid.
Quick links on settings now have background.

Hi @thiagosch, this looks good. I am planning on redesigning the settings menu for the next release, which might including me removing the side bar altogether. If I do keep it though, I'll be sure to bring your change in! Looks great though.
