Sidewise Hibernated Tabs Don't Unhibernate, They Create New Active Copies

When hibernated tabs are reactivated, they don't change from hibernated to active, they copy themselves and become an active clone of the hibernated tab, which stays in place.

This causes a lot of duplicates and cruft in the Sidewise tree, hoping this is a simple fix or there is already a fix for it?
