Issues with docking @ high resolution

I have a 30" screen. Resolution is 2560 x 1600. Dual monitor setup (laptop screen and the 30" screen via displayport)

If I have Sidewise docked to chrome and maximize the window, Sidewise moves the chrome window off-screen.

I have to keep Sidewise undocked to let the chrome window open and stay on screen as it should
