Tabs from other devices

"As a user of multiple devices" I want to be able to see a global view of local plus remote tabs in sidewise: a remote tab being a third state aside from woken/hibernated

There appears to be coverage in through the chrome debugger protocol via the the chrome-remote-interface javascript API
