Context menu closes immediately

I’m not sure if this is a bug or just an unusual UX design choice, but when I right-click on a tab, the context menu opens and closes immediately. I have to keep the right button pressed and then release it over the intended line to select something in the context menu. If it’s a design choice, then here’s one vote for changing it.
