Sidewise doesn't react to the main window properly on Ubuntu 12.10

3 (related?) issues

1. Sometimes the sidewise-window gets weird minimum-dimensions below which I can neither force by hand. Closing and restoring the window sets different minimums.
2. "Allow Sidewise to unmaximize the dock window" is broken (un-maximizes chrome but places it to the wrong spot with wrong dimensions) even after I hit "Detect all monitors now"
3. Even if not maximized and not stuck with weird minimums the sw window sometimes follows the chrome one 20-40 pixels off (to upwards, downwards and/or sometimes overlapping with chrome)
