Add user styles (corrected)

Allows user to add CSS scripts to a userstyles folder. Files will be automatically loaded as CSS, allowing users to update specific features of Fastmail via CSS

@mdbraber Code looks great!

I have two minor change requests though:

  • I'd prefer the "User scripts..." and "User styles..." button to be centered in the settings view
  • The example in the README.txt doesn't change anything visibly for me, would be nice to have an example that has a visible impact
