Gtk3 Dialog for confirmation/status of protonvpn-cli commands

A Gtk modal/dialog to show:

  • Connection Failure
  • Successful/Failure/Status of protonvpn-cli update.
  • Any other important information provided by the CLI.

This would resolve the need for using a terminal to debug simple protonvpn-cli error messages. It would also make the application more usable when Flatpak package is created.
