Feature Request: Hide images / videos from frontpage feed.

Hello, I would like to clean up the frontpage feed by hiding al videos and images. It would be nice to able to auto-hide all posts that contain videos / images.

I've been meaning to add a new feature actually where you can hide posts depending on certain factors, including if they contain images or videos, so yes, I'll add this at some point :)
