I get a horizontal scrollbar when viewing posts on some subreddits, but not others.

On some like r/RedditEnhancer everything's fine, but on others like r/Firefox every post that I view gets a horizontal scrollbar.
Here are my settings:

Can you take a screenshot of what you’re experiencing with those posts? I assume it’s happening with both text and media posts for you, but I’m unable to replicate the problem in my Chromium or Firefox setups.

@bmndc There's nothing particularly glaring, just a scrollbar under all conent. It does seem to be there on every zoom level and windows size, and even when I changed the Windows DPI settings to a different precentage. All post types. Here's a recent basic text post, from r/Firefox:
Still cannot replicate it on Firefox unfortunately.
@joelacus any ideas? My take has something to do with prominent vertical scrollbar affecting 100vw, but this seems to not be the case.

I'm not sure, I don't seem to have the issue on Firefox either, I'll try Chrome later. Perhaps we can just set "overflow-x: hidden;" to get rid of it? Not ideal, but would work.
@bmndc @joelacus (I am also on Firefox) Okay. Since it was not reproducible, I figured Ublock Origin is the only other thing that has anything to do with Reddit. So I disabled it as a test, and the scrollbar disappeared. But I expect I would get ads on Reddit one way or the other. I have no clue why it interferes, there isn't even an ad that's getting hidden by the looks of it. But it only happens when both Reddit Enhancer is enabled, and Ublock is activated for Reddit.

It looks like it's the "EasyList – Cookie Notices" filter that causes it somehow.
Here's its content:
