User tagger?
Not a current user, but I'm evaluating RedditEnhancer.
Would it be possible to put a user tagger on your development roadmap? I miss the ability to tag individual users in a sub (and across subs) that was available in RES.
RES provided a popup that allowed you to add a custom (or predefined) tag to any user, and that tag would show up in posts and comments.
It included:
- Tag title
- Tag color
- Source URL to reference where you tagged them
- A list of predefined tags you could click on to quickly tag the selected user.
Additionally, I would love the ability to add a textarea to the popup as well to list any notes.
I think the "never-ending scroll" would require an eventlistener to watch for new username nodes being added.
If you don't think this is a good fit for your addon, do you know of any that have any similar functionality?
Thanks.
Hi! Yes, this is something I have thought about adding actually.

That's a good idea, it should be doable.

Exactly right, we already have a system to watch for new posts for some other features, so this isn't a problem.

I'm unaware of any other addon with this functionality already for new Reddit, but it's certainly a fit for this addon.
I'll work on it for a future update :)
That's great to hear! I'll watch the repo for updates. Thank you!
