Clarify GPU requirements in README

Under Assumptions it says "Unfortunately for the time being, a 10 Series Nvidia GPU. the VFIO ROM patcher we will be using only works with these specifically."

This initially led me to believe that a single gpu passthrough is not possible on 20 Series cards. I did however manage to get it working using the manual patching method.
