Windows 7 iso is no longer available

It looks like Microsoft have removed their Windows 7 iso from that location.

Is there an alternate location, or should we use a retail iso?

Would like to add that I noticed this as well, some internet sleuthing on my end has revealed no other mirrors or possible URLs for the ISO download.

I couldn't find any either, but put that down to my lack of knowledge of the windows ecosystem.

I did find some (apparently legal) torrentable isos, but they don't support/encourage direct linking.

Windows 7 and Windows 10 links are dead. They both point to care.dlservice.microsoft

Windows 8.1 link is alive though, pointing to download.microsoft.com
